📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhoIsPlaying at whoisplaying.net you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use WhoIsPlaying. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at ngr.admin@proton.me.

You may not create accounts for the purpose of violating these terms, impersonating others, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you post on WhoIsPlaying. By posting content you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any applicable laws or these terms.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
• Any content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors — zero tolerance
• Spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or vote manipulation
• Doxxing or sharing private personal information without consent
• Illegal content of any kind
• Impersonation of other individuals, brands, or entities

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

5. Content Moderation and Account Suspension

WhoIsPlaying uses automated content moderation on all posts and comments. Content that violates our Community Guidelines is blocked before publication. WhoIsPlaying reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account at its sole discretion.

WhoIsPlaying does not ban accounts for posting, product launches, or gaming in public. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for violations of Section 4 above, including spam, harassment, hate speech, or other bad faith conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on WhoIsPlaying. By posting content you grant WhoIsPlaying a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

The WhoIsPlaying name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of WhoIsPlaying™. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WhoIsPlaying is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WhoIsPlaying™ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoIsPlaying™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WhoIsPlaying.

9. Changes to Terms

WhoIsPlaying reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
